“Is this a home inspection?”
No. Our service is visual documentation only. We do not test systems, evaluate code compliance, or provide pass/fail assessments.

 

“Can this be done for occupied units?”
Yes. We perform unit checks for both occupied and vacant properties, as long as proper access and tenant notice are handled by the owner or property manager.

 

“How quickly will I get the report?”
Most reports are delivered the same day or within 48 hours of the visit.

 

“What exactly will I receive after a unit check?”
You’ll receive a digital report with photos, a short video walkthrough, and a standardized checklist showing the visible condition of the unit at the time of the visit.

“How is this different from property management?”
We don’t collect rent, handle maintenance, or manage tenants. We provide on-site documentation only, giving you visibility without long-term management contracts.

 

“What if you see something concerning?”
We document and note visible observations. Any follow-up decisions, repairs, or evaluations are handled by the owner or their chosen vendors.
